Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to enjoy Allure. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What's supported
- A 'Skip to main content' link on every page for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- A visible gold focus ring on every interactive element.
- Captions with adjustable size, colour and background in the player.
- Keyboard shortcuts in the player (press ? while watching to see them).
- Display settings in Account → Accessibility: high contrast, reduced motion and text size up to 200%.
- Your device's reduced-motion setting is always respected.
- Touch controls sized for fingers on phones and tablets.
- Search results and other updates are announced to screen readers.
Known limitations
- Audio description tracks are not yet available for most titles.
- Some staff-only admin screens have not been fully reviewed for accessibility.
- We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
