Your membership
An Allure membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to stream our catalog for as long as your plan is active. Plans start at $10 per month and renew automatically until cancelled.
Billing and renewal
Your chosen plan is charged at the start of each billing period to the payment method on file. Promotional codes reduce the amount charged for the period in which they are applied.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, record, resell or publicly perform content streamed from Allure, or share account credentials outside your household.
Content availability
Titles are added and removed over time. We do not guarantee that a specific title remains available for the duration of your membership.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
